What is the Corporate Sports Day in Southampton?
This activity is a montage of sporty events that are heavily inspired by the sports day you used to play at school. It’s an amazing team building experience that breaks up the office into small fair teams to take part in all the fun challenges you remember such as the tug of war and the beanbag race. It’s a huge event that proves to be highly entertaining and competitive as the aim is to score most points and become the winning team.

- Split into smaller team (houses)
- Put on coloured bibs and choose a team captain
- Play a variety of classic school sports day games
- Could include space hoppers, the egg and spoon race, sack race, tug of war, 3 legged race…

What do I wear for the Southampton Corporate Sports Day?
This event can be played both indoors and outdoors depending on availability and the weather but in most cases, we’d suggest a happy median of light, airy and sweat-free. This can include t-shirts or long sleeved (though thin) tops with joggers, tracksuit bottoms or shorts. Comfortable trainers are a must as you’ll be up on your feet all day and will be doing most the vigorous work.
